By registering for any program, clinic, or training session offered by Fury Hockey Club, participants and their parent/guardian acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Payment

All registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A participant’s spot is not secured until full payment has been received. All fees are final unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are governed by the Fury Hockey Club Refund Policy.
• Full refunds are issued only if an entire age group session is canceled due to insufficient enrollment.
• No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions.
• Participant cancellations must be communicated to the Director at least one (1) week prior to the start of the session to be considered for a refund.
• Extenuating circumstances may be reviewed at the sole discretion of the Director.
• No refunds or credits once a session has begun.

Attendance & Participation

Participants are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and dressed appropriately for field hockey training. Repeated disruptive behavior or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from a session without refund.

Health & Medical Responsibility

Participants must be physically able to participate in athletic activity. Parents/guardians are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to participation. In the event of injury, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the emergency contact on file.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in field hockey and athletic training involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By registering, participants and parents/guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering, participants and parents/guardians release and hold harmless Fury Hockey Club, its directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, and facility partners from any and all claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

Photo & Media Release

Fury Hockey Club may use photographs or video taken during sessions for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes. No compensation will be provided. If you do not consent, written notice must be provided prior to participation.

Weather & Schedule Changes

Programming may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, field conditions, or circumstances beyond the Club’s control. No refunds or credits will be provided for weather-related disruptions once a program has begun.

Code of Conduct

Participants, parents, and spectators are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, officials, and fellow participants. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Agreements and all associated policies.
